community profiles

this page shows the profile for a user on Gavagai.

you can send a private message to any other user by clicking on the message icon. this will open a popup where you can enter a short message (up to 255 characters) for the other user. once sent, the message will appear in the recipient's message list on the right side of the page.

audio and text works and collections

these sections of the page show all the audio and text works the user has posted on Gavagai. a mini audio player is available under each audio work. click on the play button to listen to the audio.

below the works any collections the user has created are displayed.

click on the title of work or collection or its picture to go to the full page. you can also click on "[ continue reading ]" to open the full page.

scenes

this section of the page shows all the scenes the user is involved with. only scenes they're an active part of display here; any scenes they've created but aren't a member of won't show up.

comments

this shows all the comments posted for this item.

if you're logged in, you can leave a comment as well.

you

on the right is your status panel. this shows information about you. it also shows any messages you've received. when the people you follow do things like release a work or update their profile, you'll get a message about it. this is also where you log out of the site.

you can also update what music you're listening to, what you're reading and what's currently on your mind by clicking on the edit control. your statuses will be shown whenever another user views your profile.
